My Motivation Program

I just make it part of my routine. Once workouts become part of my schedule, they tend to stay that way. Same thing with food... I just try to gradually change my eating habits to make them as healthy as possible (without giving up too much junk food and beer!).

I've been really looking into the Stronglifts 5x5 routine and have decided this is for me. I'm going to start the wheels moving as of tomorrow.
