How I Started:
I officially started working out in October this year - but have always liked sport. Having played sports in school, the gym has come naturally to me. I am very lucky to have my the family DNA and have a natural strong build.
Why I Love It:
Its something about working out that releases all stress and makes me feel 100% or more! Yes, somedays you feel as if you're so tired but by over coming this, makes me feel like a million dollars...
How I Stay Motivated:
Life keeps me motivated and people with great spirit and zest for life. I always try and make atleast 5 people smile in a day... its no point being negative and grumpy! Be greatful for what you have and everything falls into place!

Its been going good been busy with work. Have been training at 4 in the morning. And need to start my cardio sessions again, dont wanna get to pudgy haha. How about yourself?

haha im coming along, cutting is so boring i miss lifting heavy. an alternate to sugar? good question, there isnt one really. lots of people argue that sweetners like aspartame are poison to the body and dont aid in fat loss, which could be true look at how many people drink diet soda and dont notice any change lol. idk just keep at it man youll get where you wana go, dont wuss out!
