How I Started:
I officially started working out in October this year - but have always liked sport. Having played sports in school, the gym has come naturally to me. I am very lucky to have my the family DNA and have a natural strong build.
Why I Love It:
Its something about working out that releases all stress and makes me feel 100% or more! Yes, somedays you feel as if you're so tired but by over coming this, makes me feel like a million dollars...
How I Stay Motivated:
Life keeps me motivated and people with great spirit and zest for life. I always try and make atleast 5 people smile in a day... its no point being negative and grumpy! Be greatful for what you have and everything falls into place!

Yea I teach spin wednesday friday and then I take boot camp sat sun which is light weights lots of reps and running and I lift for about 45 min every day during the week. hit me up on aim: benmorton4
no progress man? give it time. stay in the magic rep range, dont overtrain, make sure u hit all ur muscle groups and youre getting plenty of calories, plenty of protein. dont forget a little saturated fat in ur diet as well as some carbs are okay if ur looking for gains
