self esteem was down, i had no confidence but i have always worked out but i did it because i had to. I started seeing results from doing cardio everyday and once i saw abs that i have never seen before that was what did it for me. From there on i have only let myself go once and that is just recently but i still worked out; i didnt eat right i guess you can call it my first mass gain diet. My strength is better and im already starting to slim down to where i want to be and to where im comfortable at.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself, and i like to push my body to the limit. I want to reach a goal and it just makes me want to workout harder.
How I Stay Motivated:
By staying motivated i come on here and see all the men and women who have transformed their bodies. And occasionally watch Pumping Iron before a big workout lol
BB Accomplishments:
Getting cut then getting fat now going to get cut again now that ive gained some weight

Cut down my fat around the midsection and keep the muscle i packed on.
Goal (Long):
I ultimately want to get my bench to 300, my one rep is around 260 right now. I'm getting back into Squat and the first few weeks have been hard, but i can do it!! I need to hit the cardio 3 times a week at least cause i feel a lot better when i do it.
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I stick to whey protein and Anabolic Halo.

I like having a workout partner because on the heavy set days i can have a spotter and my workout partner is their to push me through more reps when i cant go anymore.

You already have a nice build...muscular, fairly lean. Be careful with the cardio 3x/week, though, as it will eat away at the muscle mass you're trying to gain. Other than that, hit it hard, and enjoy the results.
