Overall Goal: I'm in the army, some of my goals are work related, others are personal. I'd like to be able to max my pushups, I believe it's 45 for my age. I'm at 28 right now, so I know this can be achieved quickly.

Besides doing army PT (running, situps, pushups), I really wanted to change my body. I needed the motivation, so I went to the army gym and got a list of trainers. I started training with him 3 times a week. He loves making me do deadlifts and squats!! He pushes me, none of the "women should do light weight" stuff.
Why I Love It:
About a month after I started with my trainer, I saw little changes. I LOVE seeing my body transform, even though I have a long way to go. Now I would like to step it up.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing the outcome, seeing the changes. I feel guilty if I don't make it to the gym. Seeing women with beautiful toned abs and backs is my motivation. I would like to get there soon!
I really am having a hard time losing inches on my waist, and lower abs. I have been eating high protein diet, mixing weight lifting with cardio (maybe i should go longer with cardio)... any suggestions??

Goal (Long):
To be fit, lean, sexy, hard, low body fat, and strong. To make working out a lifestyle, not a "just for now." I've been going steadily for about 3 months now, with a personal trainer 2-3 times a week, cardio on and off in between. I am trying to learn more on my own, and depend less on a trainer. I would like to start losing fat, which i gain mainly in my stomach. Like my mother, we start to get the "pregnant" look when we gain weight. I never gain it in my legs or butt, just middle. I'd like a 26-27 inch waist eventually, I don't know how long it will take but any tips and pointers on how to get rid of stubborn lower ab fat would help!~
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
18%

10. That's just what my trainer has me doing. Sometimes, with deadlifts, he tries to make me do 6 with heavier weights. I usually always get tired around the 9th repetition.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
about a minute. It gives me time to get ready for the next set and be able to finish it properly.
I have been working out for 3 months now, and I'm seeing changes. I want to step it up, and my trainer wanted me to start encorporating the "vacuum" into my daily excersizes, doing it whenever I can. He said I don't have a lot of fat in my abs, just "relaxed muscles." Has...
I have chest and triceps today. been done lot of reps latley and really starting to see the progress. And I have lost a ton of weight. So the workouts here are only getting better for me.
I usually do an hour to an hour and a half of cardio. I change it up. If I ride the bike in the gym today, I will ride my bike outside tomorrow. The same goes for running. Not sure where you can get greek yogurt. It is my FAVORITE though! Keep up the great work! Train smart!
