My goal is to stay pretty lean and move some heavy weight for up coming meets!

To be the best that i can be at what i am doing and loving every minute of it.So go heavy or go the heck home whats the point if you give half you get half>

My workout for winter is 3 days a week. But lasts close to one hr and 45 minutes. Mon is chest and bis. tues off. Wed legs and tris. Thurs off. Fri back and shoulders. Now I do abs on my off days on the weekend.No cardio it makes me too lean for strength gains. On chest I do flat bench for 5 sets...
