Cool 20-30lbs of muscle is reachable for you. I'm not sure if im ready b/c I was told that most fitness models are at 10% bodyfat by the time they compete. I'm like at 16% I still have some ways to go.

Hey david. This year has been treating me ok so far. Not bad. My goal is to do my 1st competition this year and pass the police academy. Hopefully I could get at least one of them done. LOL And you how's this year treating u so far?
