I was never really into team sports... I decided I needed SOMETHING to ensure I had lots of intense physical activity... something to keep me healthy. And lifting was it!
Why I Love It:
People bitch about how they don't see results fast enough, but you just have to learn to love the process. There's NOTHING like the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm inspired by anyone bigger than me!
I stay focused in the gym by listening to METAL!

Yeah im hoping. i also ordered this stuff online called Prime, by USPlabs. it was reccomended to me by one of my friends who competes. all 3 of his lifts went up at least 50 pounds in 6 weeks. im hoping for similar results!
Yeah i know. It's work in progress haha. luckily i have nothing but time on my side. By the end of my junior year, i want all 3 of my competition lifts to equal at least 1000. so i figure if my Dead's at 500, squat at 400, and my bench at say..300. thats 1200 right there. Thats my goal
I dont take 1000 pictures like most people on here. lol. i just dont see the point. especially since im not going for bodybuilding im going for pure strength. and i think i only rep squat like 250 or so. i just recently started doing them. i can hack squat 5 something though. my other weights are on my page.
