I hear you on that...I need more veges and fruits in my life...too much American fare sometimes...burgers, pizza..typical garbage, but I do have oatmeal and 2 boiled eggs for breakfast everyday...with a multivitamin and 2 Omega-3,6,9 fatty acid pills...so I figure it helps a bit...but I could do better...in any case good luck and keep me posted on progress, breakthroughs, or cool tips/insight you may have!
Cool...then you have all you need...just have to stick to a regimen and be disciplined...I struggle with that myself...the working out part is fine...I am consistent, but my weakness is diet...I eat pretty well, but if I really ate the way I wanted I'd be incredible...sucks to be a poor broke student with little time!
I suggest you consider doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to burn body fat and lean out...if you are working for size and strength combine resistance training doing bodyweight exercises as it looks like you do (pull-up pic) and weights 3-5 sets or 10-12 reps of moderate weight for each muscle group!
