Overall Goal: I want to transform from skinnyfat with no muscle tone to a tight, fit, flexible, muscular hardbody. Ultimately I'd like to be a fitness model and maybe even compete, but I know that is WAAAAY down the line for me.
Fit Status:
have finally made exercising a habit, now working on doing it right!
I joined the gym after about a month of attempting to run and workout at home.
Why I Love It:
I think I'll love it more when I see my body's shape changing and when I get stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend helps...otherwise it's pretty hard. But seeing girls with killer bodies at auditions/castings helps get my lazy butt into the gym. Gotta be able to compete!
BB Accomplishments:
um.... starting? Oh, and moving out of the classes at the gym and onto the machines/free weights :)

I'm feeling so lazy. The entire month of September I worked out once. The last time I worked out was a week ago. I just have no desire to run or workout and I don't know what to do. I'm not good at forcing myself to do this stuff. ::sigh::
