Diet right now is a clean bulk...high fat/protein with moderate carbs at certain times of the day. Morning pre and post workout...Definitely keeping me very lean with great gains in size...check out CHA diet by scivation...they make it very easy to follow...depending on what your trying to accomplish change up the carb content!

well i wouldn't say i had a "no carb week"...just slowly decrease carbs until it comes down to none. Make sure you have your up days with higher carbs...I also didnt have a time of day with no carbs but keep them preferably to the first of the few meals of the day

thanks alot! well currently bulking but during contest prep i was doing 30-45 minutes of light cardio post workout, nothing crazy...my diet is what brought me down...diet needs to be perfect!
