At first I started for the wrong reasons, but now it is just because of the feeling I get out of knowing that I am improving my body. I guess I have more time in between school and the Corps working in a small office, I do my required training by myself.
Why I Love It:
I love the effects of a good workout. I love to hear when people tell me that I look good, GQ, or that I am getting bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated from almost everything, from logging onto this website and checking out profiles from men and women. I look at other males to see what tips they offer that can help me get what they got and women's profile to admire a great body.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 5 pounds of muscle is a great accomplishments seeing that I just started a couple months ago.

My goal is to gain at least 10 more pounds of muscle within the next two months and also burn fat.
Goal (Long):
I want my kids, and kid's kids to look back at me and say that they want to be just like me. Not just in a physical sense, but in all ways. Of course I want them to grow up to be good Christians, but a lil praise from them would be nice.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Usually, I will look in the mirror and tell myself that I need improvements everywhere. Music does the trick to though. None of that love music stuff, I got to listen to the fight music.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't like it, and I try my hardest not to do it.

Thank you Berry, training is coming alone hard, this week I have to change my program and re-measure. Early November I will be trying to finish the 10 km Clasica Los Mangos in the Province of Alajuela, this will tell me how good or bad is my knee. I train Shotokan and Jui Jitsu.
Two a days!? Wow, a man of my heart! I do two a days sometimes! You will def. see results quick! If you choose cardio as one session , do am cardio on an empty tummy in the morning! It works wonders. It's draining , let me tell you. but you will learn to love it. Power to you chico! xoxoJenCan
Buenos dias Will ;-) I love the new pic! looking mean and built! I am on it too, sculpting and chiseling away- and the glutamine does work for me b/c i workout everyday (6 days lift, 1 day cardio bunny). So it helps me recover. Looking great!!! xoxoJenCan
