Overall Goal: I don't want to be unrealistic in my goals I just want to be healthy. I am a little over weight and just do not want to be known as the fat chick anymore!! So my goal is to lose weight and then gain my confidence back.

My husband started working out and has inspired me to do the same.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my husbands reaction when there is a noticable change in my appearance. It makes me feel proud and that he still finds me attractive.

Goal (Long):
I would like to get down to 125 - 130. Just need to remember everytime I get a sweet tooth to step away and re-think the whole I need candy now:)

I work out at the gym at work
and home gym on weekends(sometimes)
5 Days a week - 30 minutes of cardio and then 30 minutes on the machines doing reps of 12 and then 10 I do not lift a whole lot. Leg presses I can do 70lbs, most of the other work outs I am doing 35-40 lbs in weights. May need...

Thats what I say too! I will maintain through this month and get back to work when the sun goes away. We only get 3 months of sun here, and I will be damned if I am not going to enjoy it!

I have stalled a bit during summer. I think my evening cocktail hasn't been good for my training, but sure has helped me enjoy my summer!
