When I Started: Mar, 2006
How I Started: I took a weight training class in school to get in better shape for basketball, but it went beyond that now.
Why I Love It: Pushing heavy weight makes me feel so alive. I love seeing and feeling the benefits.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by the mirror, when I look in the mirror I want to see a perfect physique, and not seeing it motivates me. I am also motivated by lifting more weight.
