Do the impossible! GO from a very small 123 pounds to looking on stage at FAME with other competitors and competing with them!
Goal (Long):
I would love to gain weight to a total of 180 - 190 pounds and bring my fat percent to 7%.
About 5 years ago was 125 pounds with 4.1% body fat.. No luck in gaining weight, tried numerous things but never stuck to it a long time.
Hard work and dedication I am currently up to 170 pounds and 12% body fat...

I want to GAIN 20 lb

7%

Hi Shane--thank you for the nice compliment--I just eat every 2 hours and make sure it always includes at least 20 grams of lean protien-and I dont eat any carbs after 2pm my first meal is as soon as I wake up at 7am and my last meal is at 8pm / I combine my diet with a 6 day work out plan-4 days weights and 6 days of cardio. I always switch up my work outs so I dont do the same evercises week to week. I hope this helps you with your fitness goals! Lisa :) You have made some amazing progress!
