Good form with mind body concentration focusing on contraction and stretching muscles.

Fitness is a lifestyle, Everyone has their own idea of what "Fit" is.  What I enjoy is the art of bodybuilding.  I like learning about it and continue to expand my knowledge base.  I try to focus on form rather than power lifting.  I have a goal everytime I hit the gym and go in there to get work done.

My Motivation Program

I stay motivated through various things. At first I wanted to look like my trainer when I first started out. Which gave me the motivation to keep working out and learning from him. But then he asked me if I was interested in doing physical challenges. He offered me various competitions like mud runs spartan race, tough mudder, etc. So basically I knew that took some training. That would motivate me to work out hard and to prepare myself for whatever the next event was. Currently I am training for the goruck challenge in December.
