One way to get started with competing is by going to a show and talking with the promoter or one of the officials.

Absolutely. I haven't missed that show since 1995. Will you be watching any show before then? My next is the IFBB/NPC Atlantic City on Sept 11-12. At SiouxCountry I just posted the results and pictures from the Ms. Jones Beach USA show.
