Being a mentally strong person, but physically inferior, I decided to bridge the gap, I read in excess how many people who were 'weak' eventaully became stronger through proper training and maintaining a diet suited to the routine, I started by just curling weights, but I was reluctant to go on to more advance training methods due to the common rumour that it was possible to stunt growth by lifting too early.
I then started a full body routine where the objective was a complete overhaul of my physical, but in eventuality, I could not continue after many periods of extreme fatigue I was finally diagnosed with chronic fatigue, even though I don't put much thought into this, it has sort of become part of my identity, so I no longer lift, primarly becuase I can't

Man, I can't believe I am 14.3% either, but that's what the digital hand held fat reader said at the gym.
I just bought an ACCU-MEASURE skin caliper today. Will measure and see where I stand. I hear these are much more accurate.
