yeah thanks, it's actually an older picture. I just like to mix it up a little. I look good cause I'm lean right there, but I've actually put on about 20 pounds of muscle since that picture was taken.

Thanks mate, my tricep injury has passed so this week planning more iron destrcution. Been focussing more on conditioning of late and managed to take control of diet even more so life is great. How about yourself, how's everything going?
