How I Started:
I've always have been pretty active in different sports while in school, however, I gained alot of weight once I got married and recently decided to do something about it.

I enjoy the results that you see after working so hard, knowing that I'm healthier, and doing something that is good for my body
How I Stay Motivated:

What's up guys, I know it's been a while since I've posted a blog. Nevertheless, here we go. Its been a long time coming. Was hitting the gym so diligent the last time I posted. My wife and I just recently had a baby, so in the afternoon I'm a fulltime dad. I've just recently came to...
well congrats on that. here is what I do. I have a pic of me in a bikini at my heaviest. (ew!!!) and I have a pic of a physique I would like to achieve. I have them taped to my bathroom mirror next to eachother with a current progress pic of me. that way I can always see where I started. where I am and where I would like to be. :)
well I was an athlete in high school then got an injury and chose a different path. I started to work out before I got pregnant with my first son and got back into it right after my second son was born. I have made a lot of progress and I am working on little goals now. one thing at a time. It is hard to be a single mom but totally worth it. :)
not yet today!!! I usually train early mornings or late nights. lol. never at the same time each day prolly screws me a little but such is the life of a single mom. :)
Hey thats good man, glad your seeing some results! I do some carbs during the day. In the morning I will have some oatmeal or high fiber toast with my protein shake, then a low carb tortilla wrap with chicken at lunch. I try to make sure all the carbs I eat after 6 pm are vegetables except lifting days I will include a yam with dinner.
