How I Started: I've always have been pretty active in different sports while in school, however, I gained alot of weight once I got married and recently decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It: I enjoy the results that you see after working so hard, knowing that I'm healthier, and doing something that is good for my body
How I Stay Motivated: I often look at older pictures when I was heavier, and work out with friends. Also I keep in mind that I don't want my health to deteriate as I get older.
BB Accomplishments: I've recently lost approximately 25 lbs since I've started.
