i'm still in high school, so i train out of our gym at oak park. i'm going to be looking for a gym for the spring/summer. i've never had a personal trainer before, nor can i afford it. you at M or W?

hey man definitely check out arcade fire, the whole funeral album is amazing, songs to get you into it would probably be 'wake up', or 'keep the car running'/'no cars go' off of neon bible. what else are you into?

hey, i messaged you before about taking fubar along with purple k, i just had one more question and your inbox was full so, yeah.
what kind of diet would work best with this. right now i'm taking in a lot of calories, not enough to put on weight, but i'm not cutting either. i'm eating lots of protein as well. should i save my purple k for my winter bulk or would it work okay with my 'maintenance diet'.
