Sudey, I come from forums.jpfitness.com. If you're wanting to change communities, jpfitness is smaller and tighter knit. I also frequent traininganarchy.com which is a very friendly bro site. Not all the science, but I alot of good guys formerly of Men's Health (left after MH did a dumb). TA is closed off, sort of. You get in by recommendation only. If you go there, mention the name Cynic (that's me there). Actually, I'm Cynic just about everywhere.
