I became obssesed with my weight after the birth of my son JJ (who's 5). Ever since I've been desesperately trying to get my body back, and mostly my stomach. I want those "sexy abs" lol
Why I Love It:
I love working out cause its my time, mommy time in my home is very scarce, so this is my time as well as my stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
I lost motivation for a while, but with my current job (dancing and modeling), as well with the Corrections Academy coming up in September, it's my motivation to go go go! Finally when I can't even do that, I look at Jamie Eason =)
BB Accomplishments:
Getting down to where I'm comfortable to wear the outfits I do for work and the photoshoots. I love it!

I found her on myspace shorty after I'd purchase a magazine this summer (09) that she was on the cover, and ever since looking at her pictures, and realizing what an amazing and inspirational person she is, I have found that motivation that I'd lost along the way after reaching a smaller goal. Now I'm back, and it's in part thanks to the motivation Jamie Eason has given me.
I just restarted P90X (for mornings) and will be doing doubles with ChaLean Extreme (at night). I'm currently a dancer and get my fair share of cardio then as well. =) I will be using weights, bands and a pull up bar. I will also be incorporating MMA, which is my passion.

Trying to get back in the groove with diet (going pretty well), and cardio (not so well). I've been hitting the gym just about every day, but need to lose some pounds still...
I'm doing good Ma. Trying to add 10lbs of lean muscle. Get back to my college ball playing look. LOL. Begening of the week, is kill my body day! Medium cardio, HEAVY CHEST, HEAVY TRI's and MAD CORE WORK. Then, football drills at the field. How's your day going?
do the russian twist which you lay on on your back twist to the left with your legs in the air then hold your legs in the middle then hold your legs to the right you then lay on your back and lift your legs straight up in the air there is few you could start doing
