If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Try to keep a workout log, helps me remember what I've done from week to week and when to change it up.

I talk about my fitness goals everyday because it helps me keep my goals fresh and always on my mind! You could ask anyone around me, they all know my fitness goals!

Pretty good I got 6th out of 14 which was a little disappointing but I got 3rd out of 10 at the last one which I am really happy with because I just moved up to middleweight this year I am hoping to win the on next weekend but we will see. If I can help with the diet let me know. Doesnt look like you will have to do too much to lean up. Good luck ;)
