had a minor health scare which forced me to see that fast food three times per day and no exercise could lead to major health problems over time. i eliminated fast food and took advantage of my gym membership...started slow and am beginning to see progress!
Why I Love It:
i've heard people say time and time again that exercise is a stress reliever..i never believed it till i lived it...after a stressful day when i feel i'm pushed to my breaking point i can exercise for an hour and afterwards i notice that i've either forgotten about the stress or i no longer have the energy for it lol!
How I Stay Motivated:
my children are my motivation...i want to be here for them for as long as possible. also, the support and articles on bb.com...
BB Accomplishments:
just getting into the gym is a major accomplishment for me...16lbs down and noticing my muscles starting to become more solid (slowly)...working on discipline and consistency now

ok...i have completely destroyed my diet over the past couple months...beyond ready to get back on track :)
Goal (Long):
i've been dieting since i was 12 and have tried everything from starving to atkins, nothing has worked for me so i thought maybe its time to try to do it right...eating healthy and exercising. due to past dieting attempts, diet pills, and poor eating habits i've now developed health concerns. i am a mother of two and would like to be here for my kids for as long as possible. this is my motivation :) any help is appreciated.
bcuz this is the best female bod on bodyspace...whatever she's doin is working better than anything i've seen on here but i think she might also have good genes lol =)
At least I can say I never give up...fitness and nutrition are always on my mind, from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed (whether I'm practicing healthy eating and exercise or not) it is my main focus and I WILL get a handle on it eventually.
