Seeing the changes in your body is a reward you can only give yourself.

I like to eat alot. so if i dont workout i would most likely wieght 300lbs. lol

A little progress. I notice all the extra cable flies are working. Abs are a little more cut. I'm also 2 pounds heavier then my previous pic (180)......

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat whatever i want. I keep my caloric intake at 2088 calories a day. So the more calories i burn the more i can eat. yay!!!!!!!
