Today kinda sucked cause I did'nt go to the gym. Between working 11p-7a, court in the am, 2 kids and a pregnant wife, there is not much me time.
Diet was semi ok, keeped it high protein but went out to dinner and ate 1/2 Tempura Crab and a Rainbow Roll.
