When I Started:
Mar, 2006
How I Started:
A freind of mine was into bodybuilding, so i bought a cheap set of weights and trained, after about a year of poor results, i switched up to a full body routine, once or twice a week, got strong and put on 14lbs, now though i am more into a functional strength/power style of training.
Why I Love It:
Im not a bodybuilder, im a strength/power trainer. I love it because it gives me something to do and something to look forward to in the evenings, also helps when doing some work, like lifting up some heavy shit, odviously!!! Lol
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing people i dont like being stronger than me lol.
BB Accomplishments:
Lifting my own weight in a Military Press(70kg)
Dead Lifting 3xBW (180kk, now 190kg)

Thank you very much for dropping by and for leaving such kind and mature words for one so young in years. You look as though you are serious about weight lifting and bodybuilding and I wish you much success. Push yourself to be the best that you can be and you will get to enjoy the rewards.
I understand. This program won't teach how to be a fighter but it will give you the conditioning of a fighter: http://forum1.bodybuilding.com /showthread.php?t=894271 I have this program at my home.
I was participating in Tae Kwon Do when I made my account. Unfortunately, I had to move and there was no schools from the same chain in this city. In the future, I would like to get into boxing or kickboxing.
