Goals:
Main Goal: Live Healthier
Goal (Short): New Pic Soon
Goal (Long): Have and will always be body concious and often picky with food (minus chocolate bizarrely).. Started the gym to tone up my legs and get some abs - I try and run, cycle and stretch-out to keep supple. I used to dance and miss it loads! Naturally slim, i just want normal shaped legs... some muscle to help distract attention from my wierd knees. lack motivation tho, so in need of a serious gym buddy !! Usually i do a 5 minute warm up on the bike, one-mile run in about 7-8mins ish, then either work out on the cross trainer, step-up machine or an 800m row. I'll then use the weights in attempt to build up my calves and thighs. I need guidance, advice, suggestions.. anything... that will tell me how to do it right! My diet is appalling - im a sucker for sugar and not eating when i'm supposed to.
