gorgeous glutes and legs...it's funny that you want smaller glutes...i bust butt(literally)to get mine to grow....i guess we always want what we don't have...

what an awesome goal...that's all we can do sometimes...just have one good meal at a time and before you know it you are in better shape than you ever thought.........

congratulations!!! i saw the video and you were in a class of your own....from your beautifully capped shoulders, awesome v-taper, gorgeous legs, amazing abs and glutes to die for...to your suit and the way you carried yourself...it was no contest!!!

whoa...i just watched the vid of you doing "leg press" on the smith machine...that looks like a great exercise...although it probably take practice to unrack the bar with your feet and keep it that way...

i've been doing your hybrid calf routine for the past few weeks...it makes me want to cry but i am finally starting to see some growth!!!

just got back from "vacation" didn't work out at all and ate like crap the whole time...oh well, i guess we all need a break every now and then...time to get back on track...

wow...going through your progress pics, it's amazing how much you have changed...even in the past few weeks you've really leaned out a lot....good job...i'm sure you motivate a lot of cardio girls at your gym to start lifting to really change the shape of their body...that's awesome!!!

this site really helps with the motivation...i may think i really want a big fatty piece of chocolate cake and i come here and read chickentuna's blog and look at her pics and it helps motivate me to stay on track
