a friend brough me as a guest...my first workout i was hooked...started working with a trainer and was told i have great muscle structure and should train for the upcoming bodybuilding competition with him...now i can't imagine the gym not being part of my life
Why I Love It:
i love the way a good workout makes me feel...it's so empowering to feel like you can't squeeze out one more rep...and then you do 2 more....i love the burn of killing my calves...and even find satisfaction in being sore
How I Stay Motivated:
as long as i have good music motivation is never a problem...i look forward to my workouts
BB Accomplishments:
learning to find a happy medium...after competing i found myself very obsessed with everything i ate and beating myself up for not being lean enough(even though i had abs) it'a nice to be in a place where i can workout because i love it and it makes me feel good and not be obsessed with it
meltdown..not too speedy and it really helps with cravings

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
people who don't rack the weights...how do i know if your done and why should i have to pick up after you

non fat plain greek yogurt with a scoop of chocolate protien powder....soooooo good it tastes like pudding...even better with a little cool whip depending on how clean you want to keep it

thanks dawn....I try to mix it up with every shoulder workout. Sometimes I do Bent-Over lat raises, sometimes I do reverse Hammer Smith Pec deck, and sometimes I do use the cables for rear delts as well.
Yes, ma'am. I was actually hospitalized the other day :( This disease has about killed me.. but I have found out that I don't metabolize sugars like the average human.
the cable kickbacks seem to have helped the most. I have moved into heavy dumbbell plie squats and modified horizontal press moves. Upper butt is ok, but I want more middle butt. Thats a gorgrous tat to compliment your 6 pack!
