Goal (Long):
After being introduced weightlifting by my 7th grade coach, i knew it was the greatest thing i've ever done. Paired with all the running i did back then, i was lean, light, fast and strong. But after so many years of being lazy, i forgot everything i learned, and lost everything i gained. I WANT IT BACK!
