How I Started:
As a teen, I was always very small and had a PeeWee Herman Physique (hence the name). I knew I could not control my growth vertically, so thought weight lifting would help me gain some size. I have always been impressed with people who have the drive and desire to stay in shape.
Why I Love It:
An amazing stress relief and now part of my daily life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the abs on the men my age on this site makes me realize it is possible to look great. Reading all of the statistics about Americans being overweight. I definately do not want to look like I am 6 months pregnant or have that PeeWee Herman body again.

Goal (Long):
First, would like to stay away from looking pregnant. Second, my legs are stubborn and not genetically gifted, so I would love to add some size to my calves, hams and quads.
I have had some sharp elbow pain on the outside edge of my elbow every time I do curls or curling motions. It is an intense burning sensation. I have rested it for more than a week, decreased weight and it still hurts when I do these exercises. Has anyone had a similar problem and...

Have you tried doing Sprint 8's... check out my blog. It's only 24 mins of aerobic exercise a day, it's easy and effective. It's the only thing I do if I wanna drop bf%.
