I was a small teenager (resembled Pee Wee Herman) and wanted to gain weight and size. Since I could not control my vertical growth, I decided I should try to grow horizontally. Some friends and I started working out after school and I was hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love to eat and I know if I do not work out, I would look like the "Stay Puff Marshmellow Man" from Ghostbusters...not someone I want to model my body after. It is also a great stress release for me. After a long day at work, I can hit the gym and feel refreshed when done.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at some of the men I grew up with who let themselves go, I realize I do not want to look like I am 6 months pregnant. It is important to me to look good for my woman and she finds me physically attractive.
I have had some sharp elbow pain on the outside edge of my elbow every time I do curls or curling motions. It is an intense burning sensation. I have rested it for more than a week, decreased weight and it still hurts when I do these exercises. Has anyone had a similar problem and...
Thanks! I'm doing pretty good, lifting like crazy trying to get my upper body more balanced. My lower seems to be alright...although my calves could use more size. Your back looks THICK! Nice! Have a great weekend!
