How I Started:
As a teen, I was always very small and had a PeeWee Herman Physique (hence the name). I knew I could not control my growth vertically, so thought weight lifting would help me gain some size. I have always been impressed with people who have the drive and desire to stay in shape...even more so as I get older.
Why I Love It:
An amazing stress relief and now part of my daily life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the abs on the men my age on this site makes me realize it is possible to look great. Reading all of the statistics about Americans being overweight makes me want to work harder to be a statistic.
