How I Started:
I got started because I was tired of being the little guy. All through High School I wrestled light weight classes and stayed small.
Why I Love It:
Because I get to watch my body change and it is all for the better. And it is a great hobby.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I always have people ask me supplement advice and also what kind of workout I would recommend for them.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishments since I started lifting really hard has to be the 1 1/2 inches that I have put on my arms and also the 2 inches on my chest.

Goal (Long):
First of all my main problem area is my stomach, my abs are strong as hell but I cant get the extra layer off them. I am liking the way my arms are coming up and would like to continue to build more on to them. My shoulders are my strong point and they seem to grow really quick. My chest is starting to puff out a little more I would like to just continue to make it better. I have also been working more on my back, it is wide I think for my build but I know it can be stronger and more defined.

I want to LOSE 10 lb

12-15 reps, right now im doing my cutting routine and those reps really take the muscles to failure

Have a few questions for anyone who can help me out, i feel like i have hit a plateau and i cant break through it i need some advice, also getting cut up with out all the running.
