Overall Goal: I want to weigh 120 this year. That might be extreme for me but that is the number I want to see on the scale and I don't care what anyone thinks this time.

I bought a gym membership when I turned 18. I went but I didn't really see results. Then, one day I was reading the SD Reader and saw casting for the informercial "the Firm". They were casting for a 10 day workout plan. I was selected and was told the Top 3 people with the most weight loss/ inches loss would be in the infomercial. Of course, since my goal was (and still is) to be a superstar, I knew I had to be in the top three. The workouts were at 6am-7am in the morning M-F for 2 weeks. I did those and then since I didn't have work until 9, I would go to the gym and do an extra hour of cardio. I also started watching what I ate. After 10 days, I lose 5 pounds and 16 inches all over and won me a spot in the infomercial. This ignited my fire. I started working out hard core because I loved the way it made me feel. The gym became my boyfriend. Why not? It's always open, knows how to make me how and sweaty, gets me going after a good session. I started losing the weight and gaining muscle that I never thought I would see before. Everything that I wanted to get rid of started to disappear; the inner thigh action, the back fat, the double chin. I was getting definition in my back, my arms, my legs. My job had sent me to Tahiti and then when I found out I was going to Fiji, I knew I had to get my body right. I had some training sessions with a trainer and he helped me get down to 140 with 24% body fat (I think).
Why I Love It:
I like looking my best and being as strong as I can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to do better than others. I know it sounds conceited maybe but I do.
I want to weigh 120 this year. That might be extreme for me but that is the number I want to see on the scale and I don't care what anyone thinks this time.

I just got on the scale 168.4. It's not like I don't know how I got there. I weigh as much as I did two years ago when I decided I needed to lose weight. A lot has happened in those two years: drama drama and more drama. Getting laid off, getting pregnant, having miscarriages, getting laid...
