When I Started: Apr, 2002
How I Started: I have always been involved in sports in one way or another. I felt that as I got older the more out of shape I was. I really started hitting it harder after spending a few months with a lot of broken bones from a motorcycle accident.
Why I Love It: I have more energy and feel healthier. When I am training, I am not thinking about anything else which helps relieve stress and lets me get focused again.
How I Stay Motivated: I think about what kind of shape I would be in if I weren't doing this. Want to be in better shape than guys half my age. It has become a personal challenge to see what changes I can make to my body.
BB Accomplishments: No shows or competitions.
Forum Signature: Cardio is best done 1st thing in the morning before your brain figures out what's going on.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Add 1 inch to arms and thighs, 2 inches to chest by December 08. Maintain or lower bodyfat during summer while still increasing on all lifts.
Goal (Long): I would like to get to where I weigh about 195lbs and 8-10 percent bodyfat. This year I am going to work hard on increasing Arm size and Back width. Long term I would like to look like a bodybuilder.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
