Got tired of carrying my weight around and knew it wasn't healthy. Changed my eating habits in 2007 and lost 30+ lbs. Put some back on but lost it again and have lost slowly this year but there is no going back now. Walking and weightlifting are now part of my everyday life and it feels good.

Taken in 2005 at my heaviest weight, so plagued by difficulties in every area of my life. I need to lose the "baggage" I physically carry. I was hurting on the inside and it showed.
After a 35 lb loss. Not alot but i worked dam hard for it ! Next progress pic in (negative) 20 lbs.
WOW that's a bright pink !
This is a life long goal so I will set no date or time limit. Would like to be in near competition shape for personal satisfaction. :) Even if I don't get to that stage, i will have lost 150 lbs and far more healthy than i am now !
I have always felt like a bodybuilder in a fat girls body and have a strong desire to kick box. I plan on starting in on that dream soon.
I decided in the beginning of July I'd challenge myself to see if I could incorporate regular workouts into my already crazy schedule and to see if I could make them a habit. I think I did well and want to continue into August. I could probably use more cardio being I'm still pretty heavy...
My ideal week is 3 minimum days of Tae Bo Basic or Advanced (45 mins). Tae Bo is extremely intense, or so i find and I used to get nauseous when I did it 3 days per week. In that case I would do it twice and walk the other 2-3 days. I feel stronger every time i do it, even after just a week of...
You have done a super job to this point & if you wish to get rid of more bodyfat & also get into great shape I suggest you check out the 12 week Body for Life program. It's a complete body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan as well as weightlifting & cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 & I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Let us know if you would like more info.

I can see a big difference in weight and attitude -- the pink's saying "Hey look at me" while the green fades into the background. Congrats and continued success!!
Hi Dee,thanks for checking in on me,been off for awhile and will be starting back on my diet and workoutz today....how are thing in the webgodess's world...Ty
thats great...usually after you make working out part of your routine, it just becomes a part of your day, and if you miss one it bothers you. Its like an adddiction, and the addiction grows when you see the changes to your body.
