Sup Tyler, was that you who left me a comment as a Guest the other day? If not, my apologies, but it was signed Tyler so I assumed it was you. =P
It's actually been going fairly well for me recently, over the past few months I've been letting my self slip, but 5 weeks ago I hooked up with a personal trainer. Since then I've lost 23 lbs and almost 5% body fat, for the first time in my life I can see my abs poking through. =) It's a good feelin.
Hey man, thanks for the comments. I do feel a little weak during my workouts sometimes. I had to switch my focus to losing weight and not becoming a powerlifter anymore. I'm starting to get the same rush as looking better that I did with stacking on the weights. How's things with you man?
thanks for the comment man - youve done well yourself. we're young guys - i believe the skin will tighten - i'm going to give it at least a year and hopefully when i put on some lean mass the skin will stretch around the muscle. it's definitely frustrating to work so hard and still have that lil pocket of loose skin...grr! best of luck!
wow man, you lost 70 lbs? your pics don't show much lose skin or anything... keep your lifting routine goin, and keep your diet in check and you'll be there in no time... keep me updated on how things are goin!
