My brother got me hooked on Crossfit workouts in late 2008. My friend turned me on to Strongman training in Aug 2009 and I have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
With fitness comes freedom. There are too many people out there that are sidelined by poor fitness. I love being able to run around with my kids, nieces and nephews, and being able to engage in any physical activity I choose.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's all about the challenge. I love reaching a new PR, or completing a Crossfit workout for the first time. We were not made to sit on a sofa - I don't know where the limit is, but I intend to keep pushing myself until I find it...and hope that I never do.
BB Accomplishments:
Not much into actual bodybuilding, but I have PRs, and fitness goals I am always working on - check out my BodyBlog!

No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training...what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable. - Socrates

Goal (Long):
Wow. I have a lot of goals most of them tie in to my 1 year goals which are to be competitive in some area Strongman competitions. I want to get good at flipping the 750lb tire, log press 200lbs for 14 reps, and get 16 reps on the 400lb deadlift. If I can do that, then the rest should fall into place.

Well, I tried to be a good boy and get in to the doctor. I went to our doc in the box to make an appt. When they asked me what for, I told them I thought I had a torn/ruptured calf muscle, but wanted to confirm with the Dr. They told me they could get me in in 3 weeks! I told them if it was what...
I am dealing with you and alot of other hopeless wrecks on this site! hahaha and every animal has atleast one owner if not more attached! so it isnt any different, well it is because 99% dont have insurance for their pets! so they are worse!
hey bronco! just get it looked at by a sports doc and not a gp. ok? if you do that and it turns out to be no big deal, then i will still pray for your stubborness but offer up thanksgiving for your healing! :)
whats up with the calf bronco!!! geez. and i was very glad the pizza didnt taste good, although it didnt stop me from eating too many pieces over the course of the day!
No way I'd wear an Indy hat to workout! Then I'd have to wear his whip too. Someone might crack the whip & demand more reps! Have a fantastic day Anthony. :-)
good morning Bronco. I pray that all is continuing to follow what God has laid out before you with no turning to the right or left. have a magnificent day!
