I don't bulk or cut, just eat clean and lift hard...I gain muscle a little slower but I don't have to ever be fat while bulking and I don't have to starve on a cut. I wanna be a ripped 175-180lbs.

I wish that i were home. I am missing important things back home. I am not even able to save money cause i have so many bills and taking care of my sis. It sucks out here bad. I am trying to make the best of it. Hope all is going well.

Whats up bro, where you stationed. Im in littlerock. If you want to get your bench up hit up the dip machine. I was stuck around 315 about 4-5 weeks ago but I started hitting the dips heavy. I worked up from my bodyweight to weighted with 35lb plates since april, but when I went back to strength training 5x5 I blew up. I'm dipping a 100 lb plate and in that 4 weeks my bench went from 315 to 350 plus. So give it a shot if you think it can help.
Ryan looking great man awesome arms. How do you like the casein protein I just switched my supplements was on cyto-gainer for about 3 months during mass gaining and then muscle milk for about 2 months and just finished the 10 lb dog food bag of whey. I going to mix the protein up during my cut, whey, casein and egg and going to try lipo 6x. Keep up the great work and welcome to BS.
