I have a lot of training knowledge that I have been to "busy" to apply, and it's gotten to the point that not only do I miss being more fit than I am now, I am unhappy with how I look, not having any energy, and I want to surpass any previous achievement with a new routine. This is my story, and I get to be the hero since I hold the pen. lol The routine consists of Kettle Bells, 35lbs, 20lbs, rings, a pull up bar, 8lb medicine ball, and jump rope.
