I used to be a little chubby before High School and wanted to change that. Started playing basketball everyday and eventually picked up weights to get stronger and more athletic.
Why I Love It:
I really don't love it. Its a grueling process but its worth the time put in.
How I Stay Motivated:
Effort in=results out. I've been slacking lately over the summer but will start training MMA which will force me to go back to the iron game too.

Maybe I'm wrong but I don't know how to back down.
My goal is multi-part.
1. Gain 15 lbs in the next 6 months.
2. Drop down to >10% bodyfat.
3. Double all maximums in the snatch and clean.
4. Cut to 185 for my first MMA fight.
5. Win first MMA fight.
