How I Started:
I used to be a little chubby before High School and wanted to change that. Started playing basketball everyday and eventually picked up weights to get stronger and more athletic.
Why I Love It:
I really don't love it. Its a grueling process but its worth the time put in.
How I Stay Motivated:
Effort in=results out. I've been slacking lately over the summer but will start training MMA which will force me to go back to the iron game too.

Workout Program:
My workout is a 4 day a week split focused on strength, power and olympic lifting technique. Its a M/T/Th/F split with Monday and Thursday working on technique and power and Tuesday and Friday working on strength through auxillary lifts. Also, I perform varying plyometrics on Mon/Wed/Friday....
