How I Started:
I was tired of being skinny (started out 130lbs).
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being alive in the gym, the only other place someone can get that feeling is combat. It gives me a place to clear my mind and focus on my body. I love pushing the physical limits of my body, testing the outer reaches of human capabilities.
How I Stay Motivated:
Checking out old books (Education of a Bodybuilder), past issues of Flex, and a lot of heavy metal.

I'm now at Ft. Sill doing some training. The biggest news is that my knees have finally healed after 8 months of no lifting and no running. I'm really excited about it and I'm taking things with caution, I don't want to mess them up again. Anyways, finding a new gym here........not...
