I want to gain 10 pounds of muscle and get in better cardiovascular shape

While building Bodybuilding.com, I didn't always have the time or focus required to stick to a workout program. It's time to get back to where I used to be! I want to gain at least 10 pounds of quality muscle (without any gain in bodyfat) in the next six months. I also want to improve my cardiovascular health for health reasons and to be able to run a mile without getting "winded".

Sounds good to me appreciate that ,just got finished with the Muscle Milk but the fat content in that is kinda high but it tastes great...lol so was just looking for something that at least taste ok since i have to down it every so hours you know.

Long story. My ex-roomate moved out in Dec. and though he swears he didn't take it I know he took my camera. All the pics I was gonne post then are uploaded on the camera. So i'm saving up to get a new one and the pics will be up finally next month.
