Well... when I was younger 12 ish 13 I found a 5 pounder lieing around which wasn't very heavy for me at. Since we didn't have gym equipment I used that hoping I could gain some muscle. Since 5 was pretty easy I finally found a 10 pounder and quickly worked up to a 20 to lift. I am really into weight lifting now.
Why I Love It:
It gets me looking hawt.
How I Stay Motivated:
I usually don't stay motivated. Usually crave into the junk food.
But then I go online and look at guys to look up to.
Haha easily I have upper body strength it just isn't shown in that picture. I've worked with weights for a while. Tried at my friend's house and got 180 or more I think.
Hey, I like your goals that you wanna beat...Just keep hitting the weights, eating right, and you'll be there before you know it...and by the way, how in the hell did you bench 180lbs?
