July 2012 was at my leanest, even managed to stay on track and lose 3 pounds at the beach over 4th of July. Came home and hit a brick wall. Training and diet have been nonexistent since then. Have put on 25lbs and along with the weight came depression. It's crazy how personal struggles affect every other aspect of your life.
