          5am (preworkout) 4 egg whites, 3 oz   pineapple 1 t pb                                             8am (post   workout) 3 oz grnd turkey, 1/4 c brown rice, spinach, 10 almonds                                                                                 11am             3 oz chicken            3 oz sweet potato           brocolli + drizzle of   coconut oil

July 2012 was at my leanest, even managed to stay on track and lose 3 pounds at the beach over 4th of July. Came home and hit a brick wall. Training and diet have been nonexistent since then. Have put on 25lbs and along with the weight came depression. It's crazy how personal struggles affect every other aspect of your life. You really do have to be happy with yourself before you can be completely happy. By no means am I "fat", I can still wear my size 8/10 but at 172lbs I'm... Go to BodyBlog

wc1179 I go from one extreme to the other. 110% focused in July, managed to lose 3lbs on vacation at the beach and have been slack for 4 months
