Years of martial arts led to a love of exercise, started working out to gain strength and stamina. Starting gaining "text book" exercise physiology knowledge at Mount Royal College, Calgary with a Weight Training Instructors course in '87 - started more in depth knowledge through Anatomy, Biology, Chem and Nutrition courses in University (Brock) '92.
Why I Love It:
Love the strength, keeps me looking young, burns off the stress and the size doesn't hurt.
How I Stay Motivated:
Make it a habit - anything else is too easy not to do.

Hey thanks for taking the time to reply to my question. You gave me a lot of good info. All these supplements are new to me and also need to get more info on good nutrition but I'm looking. I had a lot of luck with my fast metabolisms so I was able to cheat all the time and still keep in shape. But now I'm getting older and it not as good as it use to be LOL.
