wbj509 created a new BodyBlog entry "Four weeks in... Are you feelin' the burn?".
I'm not sure about a burn... But I do feel good. Really Good. I'm discovering who my cheerleaders are, and who my cheerkillers are. And that's okay, because now I know who to listen to. I've maintained my conditioning program with no clue how the number on the scale is affected. I'm not weighing myself right now and no intention of doing so. I've been more creative in the kitchen, which, for me as a cook by hobby is fantastic. My current obsession is... Go to BodyBlog
wbj509 Week 2 / Day 2 of conditioning... 255 days until the half marathon. So far, no injury... Only minor aches.
