just keep that goal in your head, and you'll be on your way there in no time! I just got active on this thing last week so im still figuring things out. Im gonna try to start a blog here soon.
Things are going all right. Trying to get back in the groove. Having a hard time with the holidays and family life right now. But still going to therapy twice a week so that is always a good work out. How about you?
Get you a$$ back into the gym! Hope you find the right work /life balance. Bulking is going guns and hit 178lbs last week. Diet and training has really been boosted and check out my journal for insight. Great to hear from you mate. Got much plans for xmas?
Right shoulder pain, me too. Mine has been going on for a month now. How are you working around it? I am having a hard time just doing rotator cuffs for now.

well i basically go for look at this point. i'm hitting legs twice a week. then when i start to feel burned out i move on to a different muscle for twice a week. I'm guessing if i can step on stage at a lean 230 i'll be happy. My last comp pics i was 223. So thats about 7lbs lean muscle.
the qualifier is in July. I got alot of work to do now till then. i'm kind of excited to get out there but know i need work to compete with some of those guys.
