I'm starting a new 2020wellness program this week. It's called Growth Stimulus Training! Or in other words, I'll be sore for the next 12 weeks! LOL

Things are going all right. Trying to get back in the groove. Having a hard time with the holidays and family life right now. But still going to therapy twice a week so that is always a good work out. How about you?

well i basically go for look at this point. i'm hitting legs twice a week. then when i start to feel burned out i move on to a different muscle for twice a week. I'm guessing if i can step on stage at a lean 230 i'll be happy. My last comp pics i was 223. So thats about 7lbs lean muscle.
