I'm starting a new 2020wellness program this week. It's called Growth Stimulus Training! Or in other words, I'll be sore for the next 12 weeks! LOL

haha my right shoulder is messed up too. ive dislocated it 4 times already in 3 years, but ive really worked on it and its great now. except winters suck cuz i got arthritis.

Still not so great... Couldn't even press 60lb dumbbells w/o discomfort! Still haven't gotten the MRI results but I'm going w nothing tore, hopefully. How's ur training?
