Here are the results of the 12 week (April - June) program that Ryan (2020wellness) designed for me:
Weight: from 169 lbs to 165lbs
1 rep max:
back squat: from 215 -> 335lbs
bench press: from 145 -> 205lbs
bent row: from 125 ->205lbs

Program is mine but inspired by Ascents81 regime of volume /mass. Have noticed some great spikes in strength and intensity. Check out my workout journal when you get a chance.

Feelin bigger and leaner - t'shirts are tighter in the right places haha..but holding off for another 3 weeks before I get checked on stats. New system is working well I think.
